Pre-Licensing
The 24-hour Salesperson's Courses or the 30-hour Broker's Course are
offered on a continuous basis and are designed so there is no particular
sequence, which provides for great flexibility. You can start on any
morning or evening. The schedule is as follows.
Daytime Classes: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30
p.m.. Most students finish in two weeks, but some stretch it out over a
month.
Night Classes: Tuesday and Thursday nights: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Most students finish in four weeks. These classes are offered every month
except December and only one summer class is offered from mid-July to
mid-August. There is usually a one to two week gap between finish and
start dates.
Continuing Education
The 12-hour continuing education, which consists of six two-hour
electives, is offered every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting at
9:30 a.m. You can complete two, four or six hours at a time. Evening
classes are offered once a season on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to
9:30 for three nights.
