New Hampshire courses can be completed
either by home study or by setting up an appointment at our
Rowley, MA
location. New Hampshire Courses are not offered at any other locations at
this time.Pre-Licensing
Once you have your Massachusetts Salesperson's or Broker's License,
you can become licensed in New Hampshire by taking the State portion of
the Real Estate Exam. The test is given Monday thru Friday in Portsmouth,
Manchester and Concord NH and consists of a 45-question exam that must be
completed in one and one-half hours.
We have a three-hour "Preparation" course that will provide all the
information you need to pass this exam. Call 978-948-5578 for
instructions because you need paperwork from Massachusetts to be
registered in New Hampshire before taking the exam.
Continuing Education Classes
New Hampshire requires 9 hours of continuing education that is divided
into six hours of electives and three hours of the "Core", which is very
state specific. We have registered many electives and the "Core" in New
Hampshire.
You can satisfy both Massachusetts and New Hampshire continuing
education requirements at the same time by appointment at our Rowley
facility.
